Grant Opportunity: T. Wistar Brown Teachers’ Fund. Supports those members of PYM who are over the age of 21 and who need assistance to prepare themselves to teach at primary or secondary school level, and those Friends who are already teaching but who seek to improve their skills with a graduate degree.

To apply for financial assistance to attend the 2008 Friends General Conference in Johnstown, PA., June 28 to July 5 begin planning now. First time Gathering attendees are only eligible for FGC scholarships if they also receive aid from their Friends Meeting. Give your letter of request to the clerk of Westtown Monthly Meeting,
Kevin Gallagher. Registration for the annual Gathering of FGC begins March 27th.
